Raj has successfully managed multi-stakeholder partnerships, mentored teams of 50+ educators, and implemented high impact interventions such as BaLA design, 3D Mixed Reality Labs, skill development programs, and child safety training. A certified trainer and international youth exchange participant, he brings strong expertise in project implementation, government liaison, statutory compliance, and organizational strengthening. As Co-Founder & Director, he guides the strategic vision, program design, and field execution for the organization with a deep commitment to equity, empowerment, and quality education for rural communities.
